Order Processing Time

All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your item ships. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping timelines vary depending on your location. Below are typical delivery estimates after your order has been fulfilled:

  • USA: 2–5 business days
  • Canada: 2–6 business days
  • European Union: 4–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs delays or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the fulfillment center best suited for your region. Discounted rates may apply for multiple items in the same order.

International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. We recommend including a phone number at checkout to avoid issues with delivery. Please note that we are unable to ship to certain countries due to restrictions.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please email us at merchplanet1@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item (if damaged). We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are only offered for items that are damaged in transit or never arrive. If there’s an issue with your order, reach out and we’ll make it right if eligible.
